In price are included: VAT tax 7%, costs for water, heating and power (for power 40 Cent per kwh cash on depature day), endcleaning, parking area, bed linen and towels (for beach please bring by yourself) and a complete and lovely furniture and equipment.

included in extra bed: towels, bed linen, airbed or babybed and baby high chair. If you bring a baby bed by yourself, than the extra bed price €10 is all the same.

well socialized dog: are free in two flats, please bring by yourself all equipment for your lovely dog (dog bed, food, towels and so on), thank you.

spa tax & payment: spa tax per person and children up 2,99 years/ every day: € 3,40, dog/day: € 2,00. The spa tax and accommodation price is to pay cash at arrival or bank transfer. Pre payment in charge of 30% as bank transfer

varia: arrival at 10 am/depature till 10 am, change-day is saturday. Minimum time from june to september are 7 nights. Holiday-guests at 14 nights are very welcome.
